Prototype V1.1 utilizing solar panel to assure batteries maintain full charge. Later prototypes were designed to be hardwired to vehicle in order to comply with US DOT  requirements.


November 2019   With the onset of Winter, the age-old problem of Highway Patrol vehicles and officers being struck is back.  Numerous Highway Patrol and Tow trucks being struck while officers and
                              two truck drivers barely escaped being run over.  All Salt Lake City based television stations had broadcasts of numerous incidents during the Thanksgiving week and weekend.
                              How long do we ignore a technology that can stop this carnage of equipment and endangerment of human lives, lives of those who serve and protect us?

January 2019  Due to funding limitations and other business interests, EAS has decided to remain involved in the future development of the technology but rather than continuing to move forward on
                         its own and incurring ongoing expenditures, EAS will seek outside investors to bring this technology to automobile manufacturers by providing an announcement to the CEO of each
                         major manufacturer.  This decision is based on a combination of budgetary necessities and the companies humanitarian contribution to the global markets of technology that will benefit 
                         every EMT, Police Officer, Fire Fighter and life-saving professionals who must use public roadways to access emergencies and save the lives of those in jeopardy.  The decision was 
                         made to revive the company and the technology we set aside when we lost support from the US DOT and DOJ.​  The harsh 2019 Winter weather had had a sever impact on Emergency 
                         Vehicle accidents and Law Enforcement and First Responder injuries and fatalities.

April 2018  EAS announces new technology to deliver its safety technology through the utilization Smartphones, thereby eliminating hardware devices originally required to send and received the 
                   Emergency Alert Warning signals.  Due to regular and continual requests from the deaf and hearing impaired community, EAS decided to forge ahead without waiting for further cooperation
                   from the US DOT or governmental bodies.  In addition, there has been a tremendous increase in 2018 accidents involving Police pursuits which often result in other vehicles becoming
                   involved due to drivers unaware of the Police pursuit that is unfolding behind them.

January 2018  Following Secretary Foxx's February 2016 announcement (below), no further action or interest in EAS technology or other safety technology developments and our contacts at the US 
                         DOT and US DOJ and the NTSB could no longer be reached.  Mr. Foxx, with great regret, displayed no interest in life saving technology for Law Enforcement and First Responders.

October 2016  NHTSA announces "ROAD TO ZERO FATALITIES" program aimed at reducing highway fatalities. The year 2015 marked the largest increase in traffic deaths since 1966.  Traffic
                         fatalities for the first half of 2016 increased 10.4% over 2015.

February 2016  Following consideration of the growing direction of driverless cars, the lack of progress being made by the US DOT and the ongoing increase in First Responder fatalities tied to accidents
                          caused by drivers not aware of Emergency Vehicles with lights and sirens activated, the Company has resumed with its objective to bring this technology to market with tests in two   
                          selected areas with restricted outside traffic. 

9/10/2014  Secretary Anthony Foxx issues press release stating that roadways must be made safer for bicyclists, walkers and runners. EAS has such technology available now. Secretary Foxx is sent
                  letter announcing EAS can deploy such safety technology today. Note: Secretary of Transportation, Anthony. Foxx failed to take the actions stated in his Press Release and abandoned the   
                  EAS development program involvement with the US DOT.

April 2014     The Company has entered into an agreement with the University of Utah's Center for Engineering Innovation to plan the Pilot Test scheduled for Logan, Utah. The pilot program, real-life
                     test of the Company's technology involved Logan Law Enforcement, City Administration, Highway Patrol, and Utah State University students, along with private citizen vehicles.

March 2014  The Company has filed its third provisional patent for its improved EAS Alert Signaling as well as for additional technology applications.

2/3/2014  Secretary of Transportation, Anthony Foxx, announces that Vehicle-2-Vehicle (V2V) Communication is expected to receive a federal mandate for installation into all new cars within five years or
                earlier.  Note: This did not happen. Sec. Foxx, failed to take the necessary action regarding V2V or Enhanced  Emergency Vehicle Alerts Technology as he proclaimed he would do.

1/10/14   The Board of Directors appoint Company founder, Raymond Cannefax, as President and Chairman of EAS.

12/15/13   Robert Mercer announced his resignation from the Company's role as CEO and Chairman.  He will remain involved with the company as an adviser, joining the team of advisers who aid the
                 company in bringing this life saving product to market.   

10/31/13   US Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, announces to Company their research into technology to prevent motorists from hitting stopped Law Enforcement and Emergency 
                 Vehicles.  We have offered US DOJ full 

9/30/13    The Company announces Robert B. Mercer as the Company's CEO and Chairman.  Company technologies now address additional safety issues such as the welfare of children transported by 
                School Buses, Highway Worker Safety, School Zone Warning Alerts, Cautionary Signage Alerts employed within Caution Signs. With our focus strictly on safety, the company has changed its 
                name from RF Siren Systems to Emergency Alert Solutions.  The Company's technology actively engages distracted drivers and overcomes their driving distractions - interactive vehicle 
                technology, texting, mobile phones, loud audio systems, etc.

8/31/13    There were numerous developments during August that include the decision to conduct a live test in a medium size community to validate the efficiency of our technology.  We are working with 
                 the State of Utah, the City of Logan, UT and Utah State University as we develop the plans to engage in a live validation study of the recently proven EAS technology. 
                 Note: This study received approval from the City of Logan only to lay dormant due to lack of interest created by Anthony Foxx and President Obama's administration.

7/1/13      Americans with Disabilities Act:  Deaf and Hearing Impaired suffer from recognized and established disabilities.  Our technology installed in their cars will enabled them, for the first time to be 
                warned of approaching Emergency Vehicles. EAS's personal-use device developed for Frederik Swemmer will offer security to this sector of populous when they are negotiation     
                metropolitan and urban landscape as pedestrians.

6/17/13    We receive letter from U.S. DOT acknowledging our technology and their objective to develop and/or study this type of technology in the near future.  We offer to provide them our prototypes for analysis, review & testing to help

5/11/2013 In more than 90% of in-car testing, the test results exceeded expectations. With the stereo volume at 97.3 dB and loud conversation, EAS installed visual and audible stimuli were distinctly
                 obvious and apparent.  Our proprietary PCB (circuit board) has been delivered to the manufacturer for production and with all additional options for connectivity added by Fred, this will be our
                 PCB until we minimize the electronics further. Operating temperature for the PCB and all components of EAS devices has been tested up to 138 degrees Fahrenheit and down to 
                 -9 degrees Fahrenheit.

5/2/2013   Major Insurance Carrier Executives were notified of the accident reducing, life-saving and injury reducing technology that RF Siren Systems has developed.  By reducing accidents, associated
                 fatalities and injuries, EAS technology will have a significantly positive impact on municipality finances, fire & police department expenses and insurance company expenditures, lowering the 
                 expenses of all while saving lives and reducing injuries. First Responders, Tax Payers, and Insurance carriers are the ultimate financial beneficiaries of this life saving technology.

4/22/2013  Multiple circuit board prototype technology has been upgraded to a proprietary single circuit PCB circuit board that allows for additional technology to make the in-car driver warning alert     
                   device more effective.  Testing of this new PCB is expected to begin in May, 2013.

4/3/2013  Prototype V2.2 has transmission range increased to 1,500 Meters.

3/21/2013Company Restructure - Siren Technology, Inc. absorbs RF Siren Systems, LLC  and will do busyness as Emergency Alert Solutions.  Qualified Officers have been appointed. The company is 
                 authorized 4 million shares of common stock and 1 million shares of preferred stock.

3/15/2013       Prototypes V2.0 and V2.1 - Shorter range transmitters tested and accepted with range from 200 Meters to 500 Meters.

3/13/2012       Prototype testing commences with validation of 31 dB sound reduction created by closed automobile interior cabin.  Siren at 118 dB registered only 87 dB in automobiles interior with     
                       windows closed.

3/11/2013       Completed Prototype V2.0 successfully tested & accepted. Range of signal >2000 Meters or approximately 1.2 miles.

2/1/2013         Patent Filing: Sound Discrimination with Radio Frequency backup for Automobiles and Early Alert Systems (EAS) for adverse weather filed with USPTO.

1/5/2013         First radio frequency Prototype V1.0 competed and tested to validate effectiveness of the technology.

11/18/2012     Patent Filing:  Radio Frequency Siren Warning for Automobiles and Adverse Weather Warning Early Alert Systems (EAS) filed with USPTO.  EAS is a joint effort with NOAA and FCC,     
                       developed to notify citizens of approaching Tornadoes, Hurricanes, Tsunami, Sever Lightning and Hail Storms, Toxic Waste Spills by utilizing strategically located Sirens located throughout 
                       the Nation.

9/14/2012       Product need was confirmed in study executed in 2010.  RF Siren Company structure was changed from Sole Proprietorship Small Business to Limited Liability Corporation (LLC).

10/8/2010       RF Siren Company was formed to begin analysis of Emergency Vehicle accidents and if warranted to execute a study of the feasibility of developing technology that would eliminate or 
                       greatly reduce accidents involving Police Vehicles, Ambulances, Fire Apparatus, National Security Vehicles and all First Responder Vehicles that are deployed to emergency situations.
Technologies & Product Evolution:
Proprietary Receiver PCB design completed on 5.5.13 with 5.8.13 being its first production run.  This circuitry encompass and integrates the original three circuit boards technology into a single PCB with significantly greater capabilities. 
Prototype V2.2. Audio warning stimuli set at 83.5 dB was audible even when radio was as high as 97.3 dB.  Flashing visual stimulus was bright enough to be very visible even in bright sunlight with sunroof open.  It is approximately 60% smaller than Prototype 1.1 and without an external antennae. Audible volume is adjustable and it is operational in 12V or 24V DC.  Light stimulus  brightness is adjustable as are LED colors.

Prototype V1.0 defined the capabilities of our technology and  the improvements necessary to achieve our goals of having our technology functional within automobiles and emergency vehicles.
PWD - Personal Warning Device Receiver for the Deaf and Hearing Impaired communities delivers alerts in personal motor vehicles. The device will flash and vibrate to notify the user of emergency vehicles in the vicinity with their sirens and warning lights engaged. 
Functional Ford Focus dashboard  aggressively engages distracted drivers by flashing all the lights in a dashboard while simultaneously announcing that the vehicle is being approached by, or is approaching a stopped emergency vehicle.  
Mobile Phone Application   In 2017 the Company began working on integrating its patented technology into the Smartphone market, eliminating the need for manufacturing receiver/transmitter technology.  Along with highway safety applications, this technology also provides a safer environment for disabled persons, those who are deaf and hearing impaired, and blind sectors of our community.  It is a major stride forward in delivering this technology to additional sectors who benefit fro our life saving technology.  Our new technology developments are not only applicable to Emergency Vehicles, but also to Urban Transit, Trains, Road Construction sites and anything that requires the immediate attention of a disable person, as well as drivers of personal vehicles.
